From everyday emergencies to large-scale disasters, every callout has been carefully crafted to create longer-lasting scenes, realistic civilian interactions, and situations that require teamwork between Police, Fire, and EMS.
Law Enforcement Responses
Officers will respond to a wide variety of realistic incidents including violent crimes, suspicious activity, public disturbances, vehicle-related crimes, missing persons, narcotics investigations, active threats, and much more. Suspects and involved civilians are designed to behave more realistically, creating dynamic situations that require proper tactics, communication, and decision-making.
Fire & Rescue Responses
Fire personnel will face challenging emergencies including residential and commercial structure fires, vehicle fires, hazardous materials incidents, gas leaks, technical rescues, alarm activations, and large-scale disasters. Fire-related callouts are designed to include active fire hazards, giving firefighters meaningful scenes to control and mitigate.
Emergency Medical Services
EMS personnel will respond to realistic medical emergencies involving injured and unconscious patients. Calls include overdoses, allergic reactions, heat-related illnesses, traumatic injuries, cardiac emergencies, and mass casualty situations, allowing medical roleplay to become a major part of every emergency scene.
Major Multi-Agency Incidents
Some emergencies require every available unit. Respond to large-scale incidents such as semi-truck rollovers, hotel evacuations, building collapses, concert disturbances, transportation emergencies, and other critical incidents involving multiple victims, civilians, and hazards.
Each scene is designed to encourage cooperation between agencies, creating unforgettable roleplay moments where every responder has a job to do.

To use the EP West Coast Emergency Pack, your server must already have Emergency Response Simulator (ERS) and Night Shifts MDT installed and properly configured. These resources are required for all callouts and emergency systems within this pack to function.
